Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the tortillas in a skillet, according to directions on the package, set aside
  2. Break the cheese into chunks and sprinkle it over each tortilla
  3. Cover the cheese with layers of sauce, cilantro jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, if using them
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet
  5. Broil until bubbly, about 3 minutes
  6. May serve whole or cut in half
