Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread 1/2 tsp. of fig jam on ea. Cracker.
  3. Place a small piece of prosciutto on ea. cracker.
  4. Slice the goat cheese.
  5. Place 1 slice on ea. Prepared cracker.
  6. Arrange on sheet trays.
  7. Bake in oven for 10 -12 minutes until edges of cheese start to brown.
  8. Remove from oven and top with cracked white pepper
