Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice or oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
