Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, beat eggs and oil until smooth.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fold in apples.
  4. Pour into greased 9 by 13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350F degrees for 50-55 minutes.
