Garlic Bread On The Go

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush the garlic and mix ewith the butter in a bowl
  2. Add the parsley
  3. Spread the butter on each slice of bread on one side
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet/griddle pan
  5. Add the slices of bread to the pan unbuttered side down
  6. Lightly fry the bread on the one side until the bottom is crispy and the butter starts to melt
  7. Serve warm
