Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 (1 oz) square unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
