Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the apples, pears, peaches, butter, sugar and a little water in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until the fruits are soft.
  2. Stir in the nutmeg.
  3. Custard mixture:
  4. Mix theSweetened Condensed Milk with rosewater and water in a saucepan and heat until the mixture simmers.
  5. Place the eggs and corn flour in a separate bowl and whisk to combine.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of the prepared Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture into the egg mixture and stir until it becomes homogeneous.
  7. Then return this homogeneous mixture in the saucepan and cook, stirring constantly over a low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the custard thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and mix with the cream.
  9. Spread 2 tsp. of custard over the base of a shallow ovenproof dish,
  10. Layer with lasagne sheets and fruits, and sprinkle with walnuts.
  11. Make another layer from lasagne sheets and fruits, and cover with custard and walnuts.
  12. Repeat layering.
  13. . Serve hot or warm, sprinkled with icing sugar.
  14. Tip: Do not boil the custard and egg mix, because this causes them to separate
