Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add boiling water last.
  3. Beat on high with electric beater for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread on cake.
  5. This makes enough icing for a large angel food cake or 2 or 3 cake layers.
