Flour-less Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream all ingredients together.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheets.
  4. Criss Cross cookies with fork dripped in sugar.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Important: Let cookies cool for 2 minutes before putting onto rack to cool.
  7. Makes 2 dozen
