Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 6 oz salmon
  • 200 g scallops
  • 28 oz tomatoe
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 4 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Steam and mash cauliflower
  2. Pan fry fish and scallops place in the bottom of the casserole dish
  3. Combine rice and tomatoes in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add to casserole dish
  4. Top with mashed caulliflower and back 40 min.
