Fish in a tomatoe & rice base Ingredients:
1 cup rice |
6 oz salmon |
200 g scallops |
28 oz tomatoe |
2 cups cauliflower |
4 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Steam and mash cauliflower 2. pan fry fish and scallops place in the bottom of the casserole dish 3. combine rice and tomatoes in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add to casserole dish 4. Top with mashed caulliflower and back 40 min. |
