Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam sweet potato and taro.
  2. Boil cassava in a pot with the thin coconut milk.
  3. Cook until cassava is tender and translucent.
  4. Add sweet potato, taro, jackfruit and banana.
  5. Add thick coconut milk and season to taste with sugar and salt.
  6. If you wish to thicken mix a tablespoon of tapioca flour with some water and add to pot.
  7. Stir and bring to boil before turning off heat.
  8. Serve warm.
