Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Let rest 10 minutes.
  4. Use very hot griddle.
  5. This mixture will look very wet, not as thick as other pancake mixes.
