Easy Sweet Potato Pie

Directions:

  1. Combine sweet potatoes, milk, egg, salt and spices.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into pastry shell.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  5. Cool.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting.
