Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Defrost spinach in boxes or in a 2 qt casserole dish
  3. Fry onion in the oil or butter until it begins to soften
  4. Mix all ingredients except for parmesan in the casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  5. Back for 40-45 mins or until knive inserted comes out clean and cheese on top begins to brown.
