  1. Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Drop by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheets; press down cookie batter with a fork, if desired.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before removing and coolthe rest of the way on wire rack.
