Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 lb meat
  • 2 (28 oz) cans baked beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
  • 2 (15 oz) cans potatoes, whole
  • 1 cup barley

Directions:

  1. Add all to the crockpot and top with water.
  2. Cover and cook on low about 16 hours or until needed.
