Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Press cookie dough into a 9x13 non stick baking pan, completely covering bottom of pan
  3. In a medium bowl, mix apples with lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon, and distribute evenly over the cookie dough
  4. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, the flour and butter
  5. Mix with a fork until crumbly
  6. Sprinkle over apple mixture and bake 30 minutes, or until top is golden
