Dry Rub for Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Combine the the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Coat both sides of salmon with the rub.
  3. Heat a small amount of oil in saute pan over med high heat and cook salmon on one side for 2 minutes. Lower heat and turn salmon. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes till salmon is done.
