Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix base ingredients together.
  2. Press into a 9x13 pan. Place in freezer while making filling.
  3. Cream the cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add milk beating well.
  5. Add Cool Whip and mix together.
  6. Spread on top of base.
  7. Drizzle caramel syrup over all.
  8. Freeze without covering.
  9. After frozen, cover with saran wrap.
  10. Cut while frozen and serve.
