Double Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350F.
  2. Cream butter, egg and vanilla. Add brown and white sugars, mix well.
  3. Add cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  4. Combine well.
  5. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop 1.5 inch spoonfuls on parchment approximately 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from parchment.
