Double Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie |

These sweet gooey moist nutty and chocolately cookies will satisfy any sweet tooth! Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine, softened |
1 egg |
1 tsp vanilla |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 3/4 cup flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup chopped macadamia |
1 cup milk chocolate chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350F. 2. Cream butter, egg and vanilla. Add brown and white sugars, mix well. 3. Add cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 4. Combine well. 5. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips. 6. Drop 1.5 inch spoonfuls on parchment approximately 1 inch apart. 7. Bake for 11-13 minutes. 8. Allow to cool before removing from parchment. |
