  1. Combine cream cheese and brown sugar until thoroughly combined.
  2. Spread cheese mixture onto the bottom of a rimmed serving dish.
  3. Pour caramel dip on top of the cream cheese and spread it until it completely covers the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle Heath bits evenly over the dip.
