Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add salt, eggs bananas, sour cream, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add flour.
  6. Add chocolate chips.
  7. Bake 1 hour.
