Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour two bread pans.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and oil.
  4. Add eggs, bananas sour cream and vanilla; blend well.
  5. Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Pour into prepared bread pans.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
  12. For Muffins:
  13. Prepare as above.
  14. Bake in muffin tin for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
