Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 slices bread, cubed

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage and drain.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and salt.
  3. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a baking dish.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.6.
