This is from my mother-in-law. Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
6 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 slices bread, cubed |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain. 2. Beat eggs with milk and salt. 3. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a baking dish. 4. Pour egg mixture over bread. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.6. |
