Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cover a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  3. Combine salt,paprika, cayenne pepper, curry powder, brown sugar and egg whites in a large bowl and whisk until well blended.
  4. Add nuts, apricots and rinds to mixture, and mix everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread it out onto jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Make sure you turn nuts and fruit over every 10 minutes.
  8. Set aside and cool completely.
  9. Then add in raisins and other dried fruits.
  10. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
