Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup. vinegar
  • 1 cup. sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel skin from cucumbers if desired and seed them, chop in large chunks.
  2. Chop tomatoes in large chunks.
  3. Chop onion in rings and quarter.
  4. In a large bowl, add sugar and vinegar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions to the sugar and vinegar mixture. Best served right away.
  6. Serving Size 6 Preparation Time 10  minutes
