Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl cut butter into flour till it resembles small peas.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, almond& orange extracts and salt.
  3. Stir into flour mixture.
  4. Turn onto a floured board,knead until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
  7. Roll each half into a 12X6 in rectangle.
  8. Cut into 6X3/4 inch strips.
  9. Carefully tie strips into knots.
  10. Fry a few at a time in deep fat (oil).
  11. (375 degrees) till golden brown (3minutes) flip once.
  12. Drain well.
  13. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
