Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Line 12-cup muffin tin with pastry; prick bottoms with fork.
  2. Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain. Immediately add remaining ingredients and stir well. Add filling to tart shells.
  3. Baske at 425F for 12-15 minutes.
