Crosby Molasses Butter Tarts |

Thses are quick and easy to make, and are very delicious!! Ingredients:
pie pastry |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup boiling water |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 egg, well beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Line 12-cup muffin tin with pastry; prick bottoms with fork. 2. Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain. Immediately add remaining ingredients and stir well. Add filling to tart shells. 3. Baske at 425F for 12-15 minutes. |
