Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pat chicken dry.
  2. Mix in a small bowl the olive oil, paprika, pepper and salt. Rub thoroughly on the chicken.
  3. Slice onion and place in the bottom of crock pot.
  4. Place chicken on top of onions.
  5. Place cloves of garlic on top of chicken.
  6. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
