Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain strawberries into 1 c measure and reserve juice; set berries aside. Add enough water to juice to measure 1 c;pour into a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Remove from the heat;stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
  2. Add ice cream;stir till blended. Refrigerate for 5-10 mins or just till thickened(watch carefully)
  3. Fold in reserved strawberries. Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate till firm,about 1 hour. Garnish with fresh strawberries,if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
