Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla mix in zest, eggs, and orange juice.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and fold in butter mixture.
  4. Fold in berries and almonds.
  5. Bake in loaf pan for 1 hr until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
