  1. Add salt to boiling water, then add macaroni. When done, add chili powder, tomato sauce, and black pepper. Fry ground beef separately, adding to macaroni mixture when done.
  2. Cook bell pepper, and onion in the oleo until done, add to above mixture.
  3. Last add the ketchup, and serve.
