Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients then add grated apples.
  2. Whisk together eggs, butter and buttermilk then add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Allow better to rest 20 minutes then pour batter 1/3 cup at a time on lightly oiled hot griddle.
  4. Cook until edges dry and small bubbles form on surface then flip and cook until golden.
