Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In large bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa. Beat in eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and coffee. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
  3. ***Be sure to watch the cake - if you bake to long the edges will get hard.
  4. ***Batter will be very thin.
