Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Lightly butter two 8 oz. custard cups.
  2. Put the eggs, milk, sugar, coffee, vanilla and orange juice concentrate in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into custard cups, set in a baking pan, and fill with 1 inch of boiling water.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean.
  5. Place cups on wire rack and cool 30 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Use a knife to loosen custard and then invert onto a plate.
  7. Sprinkle the orange zest and cinnamon on top.
