Ingredients:

  • 1 tall can minced clams
  • 2/3 small package cream cheese
  • dash salt and pepper
  • bread rounds

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Drain and mash clams.
  3. Add the cheese and seasonings.
  4. Toast bread rounds on one side.
  5. Put clam mixture on other side.
  6. Place under broiler for about 2 minutes.
