Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup natural bran
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup pureed prune
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Make well in center and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix to just wet.
  4. Fill muffin tins to just under full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
