Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Cream together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Stir in chocolate chips, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup of sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add milk oil, vinegar and vanilla to flour mixture, mix well.
  3. Line muffin tins with large paper liners. Fill each muffin tin with 1/3 and cake batter. Drop a large spoonful of cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
