Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and beat well.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.
