Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 5 oz evaporated milk (1 small can)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar,milk, and cocoa in blender for 1 minute.
  2. Add 1/2 stick melted butter, pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoons vanilla.
  3. Blend;pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
