Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chives
  • 1 cup salt

Directions:

  1. Add the chives to the salt.
  2. Place on a pan, bake mixture in oven to dry the leaves and blend flavors.
  3. Store in airtight jar.
  4. Could dry it in a dehydrator as well, might be quicker (i do).
