a little bit of a different salt for cooking. Amounts of each are a guess it was'nt specific, could be altered to taste. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chives |
1 cup salt |
Directions:
1. Add the chives to the salt. 2. Place on a pan, bake mixture in oven to dry the leaves and blend flavors. 3. Store in airtight jar. 4. Could dry it in a dehydrator as well, might be quicker (i do). |
