Chili Lime Salsa Lite

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 large lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large jalapeno (deseeded to taste)

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes, jalapeno, onions and cilantro by hand, into small pieces.
  2. Mix together in a bowl.
  3. Add salt and lime juice.
  4. Mix thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Remix before serving.
