Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups salsa

Directions:

  1. Stuff each canned green chili pepper with one or two slices of cheese.
  2. Dredge in flour.
  3. Roll in egg
  4. Dredge in flour
  5. Roll in egg.
  6. Dredge in flour.
  7. Fry until golden brown.
  8. Top with jar salsa.
