Chicken Wrapped Over Prociutto/Provolone & Asparagus

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound chicken so it's even
  2. Place 1 slice of prosciutto, 1/2 slice of cheese, 1 spear of asparagus cut in half at top end of 1 breast
  3. Wrap chicken around asparagus stick w/ a toothpick to hold
  4. Spray oven pan w/ cooking spray
  5. Pour a little bit of diced tomato on bottom of pan
  6. Place chicken in oven pan
  7. Pour remaining diced tomatoes over chicken
  8. Bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes
