Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans hominy
  • 4 (8 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 dozen radish

Directions:

  1. Cube the chicken breast into medium size cubes.
  2. In a ziploc bag mix all the dry ingredients (chili powder, cumin and salt)
  3. Add cubed chicken into to the dry ingredients allowing all the chicken to get covered with ingredients.
  4. In a non stick pan add olive oil and let pan get hot when hot enough add the chicken cooking it threw.
  5. Add the broth, chicken and hominy into a pot.
  6. Let the hominy cook for about 10 min and then
  7. Add the chicken bouillon.
  8. Let cook for about 30 more minutes and serve
  9. While waiting chop up cabbage and dice raddish.
  10. Best served with cabbage and radish on top.
